Guarantee certificates

1. During an operation warranty period, in case of failure detection of a product because of the manufacturer, the buyer has the right to free guarantee repair.

2. The warranty period is estimated from date of the sale specified in the guarantee coupon, but cannot exceed 4 years from date of manufacturing of the device.

3. The guarantee extends only on the products imported on territory of Russia and the CIS countries through official distribution network.

4. Guarantee repair is carried out in the authorised service centres.

5. Without a presentation of the given coupon claims to quality of a product are not accepted and guarantee repair it is not carried out.

6. The guarantee does not extend on a damage caused to other equipment or software products, working in interface with the given product.

7. For performance of warranty service the device must be shown in a full complete set (including connecting cables and the documentation).

8. The owner of a product carries out its delivery in the service centre and is back, in cases when it directly does not contradict the current legislation.

9.The right to warranty service is lost in following cases:

* the guarantee coupon is filled not completely, serial numbers do not coincide, there are corrections at the guarantee coupon;

* installation, transportation or product packing are made with infringement of corresponding instructions;

* the product was used in the conditions of the environment, not stipulated by the maintenance instruction;

* guarantee seals are damaged;

* entrance or target interface chains of a product as a result of influence of a static electricity, and also the connections which have been not stipulated in the maintenance instruction are damaged;

* malfunction of a product is a consequence of unsuccessful updating of a program code (firmware);

* there are traces of mechanical damages of a product;

* primary chains of power supplies of a product owing to infringements in power supplies network are damaged;

* hit in a product of the liquids, extraneous subjects;

* influence on a product of excited environments, high or low temperatures;

* influence on a product of insects, rodents, microorganisms and so forth;

* repair or service (if it is not stipulated in the maintenance instruction) products by persons or the organisations, not representatives on that the manufacturer;

* use as a part of a product of any parts or the accessories which have been not resolved by the manufacturer;

* the preventive works of a product provided by corresponding instructions in due time are not performed;

* uses of a product with excess of the maximum loading specified in the specification.

10. Guarantee certificates do not extend on account materials, replaceable knots, and also parts subject to natural deterioration (cartridges, data carriers, demountable elements of a food, cooling fans etc.).

11. Guarantee certificates do not extend on knots, parts of a product or the accessories which have developed the resource (service life) *.

12. Guarantee certificates do not extend on cases of use of the equipment not on its direct appointment.
